We'll be live blogging from the first session, where we'll be launching the Network and taking a look at communication for improvement.

All events run 9:30am - 1:30pm in Manchester with lunch provided.

Today delegates are sharing their thoughts on two publications from The Health Foundation: The Habits of an Improver (2015) and Using Communications Approaches to Spread Improvement (2015).



12:10pm - Getting techie to gather feedback from delegates on Habits of an Improver...





12:50pm - Now on to discussions for our second book, Using Communications Approaches to Support Improvement.

1:20pm - Thanks to all our delegates who joined us today and we're looking forward to the next session on 3 May, where we'll be looking at influencing with our Associate Director, Helen Kilgannon.
