Leadership for Improvement Fellowship 2018/19 - Applications Open

Date: 09 March 2018

This is an application based programme. The deadline for applications is 12pm Friday 9 March 2018.

About the Fellowship

The Fellowship is a prestigious opportunity for senior members to undertake a fully-funded and self-directed programme of study, to help them develop as improvement leaders within their role, organisation and system.

Throughout the 15 month programme, Fellows will receive a range of support to help them apply their learning to a specific improvement project of their choice; including coaching and advice from AQuA staff and our previous alumni, and access to leading figures and networks within health and care improvement.

Full information about the 2018/19 programme is available in our Briefing Pack. You can also find out more about our current Fellows and alumni over on our Fellows page.

Who should apply?

The Fellowship is open to senior improvement / system leaders from across membership, who wish to build on their existing knowledge and experience of quality improvement and apply this learning to their wider role and environment.

Prospective applicants are expected to have the support of an executive sponsor, who will ideally accompany them on the recruitment evening.

How to apply

Application for the Fellowship consists of a current CV, personal statement outlining why you want to undertake the programme, and a statement of support from an Executive sponsor. Full details on these can be found in the candidate Briefing Pack above.

Please send these to Jonathan Bevan via the below email before 12pm Friday 9 March 2018.
