Improvement Practitioner 'bolt-on' sessions are designed to support members who wish to either build on their learning from AQuA’s Improvement Practitioner and Advanced Improvement Practitioner programmes, or to focus in more depth on the topic offered.
They support the development of skills, knowledge and confidence in applying concepts and theories to bring about sustainable quality improvement projects.
Who is this event aimed at?
This session is ideal for members leading a particular service or directorate, who have participated in either the Improvement Practitioner or Advanced Improvement practitioner programmes, and wish to further develop their knowledge of measurement for improvement.
It will also be useful for individuals who would like a more in-depth training session on measurement.
What will attendees learn at this event / workshop?
In this session, attendees will gain a more in-depth understanding of what improvers mean by measurement with a more detailed understanding of making decisions based upon the use of SPC charts alongside explanations with practical examples of some of the more detailed statistics that are used within the NHS.
Attendees will also better their understanding of how to interpret information from a variety of sources and the requirements to present information to different audiences.
