Associate Development Programme

In light of the Coronavirus situation, we have temporarily postponed all member programmes and events. If you are interested in attending this programme at a later date then please register your interest below.

This programme aims to develop a small cohort of Associates; drawing together quality improvement expertise and enthusiasm from across the North West to support AQuA in delivering high quality improvement programmes. At the same time, the programme offers member organisations the opportunity to benefit from the additional skills and networks that these Improvement Leaders will gain.

Attendees will learn more about what Associate work looks and feels like, along with the skills required of AQuA Associates. The programme will provide an overview of AQuA programmes the opportunities for Associates within each AQuA programme. Attendees will also have the opportunity to identify their own strengths and preferences and the chance to develop facilitation style to support others. 

Who is it for?

Individuals who have previously attended an AQuA course (no specific course required) and has experienced an AQuA programme as a delegate.

Individuals who are passionate about quality, safety and person centred care in healthcare.

Anyone, regardless of their role or banding, who are passionate about improving healthcare and would like to get involved with supporting improvement through AQuA.
